Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the entire local recruitment process (Posting job positions, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and issuing offers)
Establish local employee handbooks, labor contracts and related personnel policies
Organize onboarding, training, performance management and employee development plans
Handle employee relations, including attendance management, vacation arrangements, and employee care
Handle compliance issues such as EEO, California working hours, leave, and dismissal
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience, familiar with US labor laws and employment regulations
Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in small and medium-sized enterprises is preferred
Proficient in using human resource management systems (such as BambooHR, ADP, etc.
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently handling documents and coordinating affairs in both languages
Organized at work, highly responsible, patient and approachable
